2021 saw the launch of a range of living sourdoughs made in Simonswood, Liverpool. Each sourdough has been curated from different and exciting cereals, which has led to a cultivation of unique flavours. These flavours have been inspired by the results from the sourdough consumer research in 2021.
In addition, each Sourdough is gluten-free and clean(er) label.
