Acti Sugar Reduction allows you to reduce up to 35% of sugar in your patisserie recipes, whilst retaining great texture, volume and taste. The quantity of sugar removed in your recipe is a 1-1 replacement with Acti Sugar Reduction.

It's ideal to upgrade fresh, frozen & long shelf-life patisserie products.  

Acti Sugar Reduction is easy to use! Simply mixed in with other dry ingredients, it requires no process change or specific equipment.
