A dedicated strong improver designed for the production of great scotch rolls. SC 500 contains emulsifiers and enzymes perfect for longer fermented baked goods. This provides exceptional tolerance for traditional scotch roll development. Our formulation also contains Soya for a whiter crumb consumers look for.
WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), emulsifier (mono-and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e)), SOYA flour, anti-caking agent (calcium sulphate (E516)), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid (E300)), rapeseed oil, enzymes.
