Place the cake mix, flour, and butter in a mixing bowl for a planetary mixer with a paddle beater attachment.
Mix on slow until a crumb is formed, add the syrup and continue mixing on slow.
Pour in the water slowly to acheive the dough consistency you would like
Scale out 60g balls.
Form a "thumb pot" with the balls of dough and fill with approx 8g of Deli Citron.
Seal up the pot to form balls again.
Bake for 14 minutes
