Place the mix, flour and margarine in a mixing bowl for a planetary mixer with a paddle beater attachment.
Mix on slow to incorporate into a crumb.
Slowly pour in eggs, water and Classic Orange, mix for 2 mins on slow.
Scrape down, and then mix on medium for 3 minutes.
Spray a bundt cake tin with Spraylix (or equivalent) and pour in the mix. (500g for 8" ring).
Bake.
Add 10g of Classic to 200g Puratop White icing. Warm this to 40°C mix and pour over the bundt ring.
Top with orange zest.
