Place the whole egg, oil and water in the bottom of a mixing bowl for a planetary mixer with a beater attachment.
Add the cake mix on top.
Mix for 2 mins on slow speed.
Scrape down, and then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add the Utterly Fruity Apple and mix on slow for 30 seconds.
Deposit 100-120g in each muffin case.
Bake.
