Acti Fat reduction is a cake improver that reduces vegetable fat in your cake and patisserie recipes by up to 30%. 

As an enzyme based technology, it means no label declaration is required on pack (clean(er) label). 

It's ideal to upgrade fresh, frozen & long shelf-life patisserie products.  

Acti Fat Reduction is easy to use! Simply mixed in with other dry ingredients, it requires no process change or specific equipment.
