Fermenting this flour revealed its exceptional ability to enhance buttery notes. Named Sapore Rita in homage to the hit Beatles song Lovely Rita, it serves as a great example of how innovation happens at the edge of research.
Sapore Rita is a liquid living Oat and Chestnut Sourdough. Inspired by our Sourdough UK consumer research, it provides nutty, chestnut and creamy notes to baked goods.
