Sunset Glaze can be applied by brush, hand spray, industrial spray, spinning discs or roll system and is suitable for fresh, frozen or long-shelf-life applications.
Sunset Glaze Easy Plus 20 is developed for cleanability, making it easy to wash off trays and pans in the bakery. With a 20% diluted recipe, Easy Plus 20 goes further in your bakery.
