Working Method

Batter

Using a planetary mixer and beater, combine the Satin, eggs, oil and water. 


Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes then scrape down.

Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes, add the Smoobees and mix on slow speed to combine.

Deposit into greased lemon shaped tins at 40g. 

Time: 25 / Oven Type: Deck / Top Temperature: 180 °C Bottom Temperature: 180 °C / Damper: closed / 10% Water loss


Assembling

Invert the cooled cakes and enrobe in Carat Coverflex Lemon.
