Ambiante is a high performing 100% plant-based topping used for long-lasting decorations and fillings in fine patisserie, pastries and topping on beverages. It has an optimal smooth texture, is easy to spread and maintains its stability even after 5 days in the fridge. Besides being our number one in fine decoration, you can easily mix with chocolate, fruit flavours, colours and more for a variety of cake decorations. Combined with its excellent stability Ambiante has fantastic overrun, allowing for it to be whipped to up to 4 times its original volume, making it a very cost-efficient product. Due to its Ultra-High-Temperature technology it can be stored at ambient temperature up to 12 months vs pasteurized solutions.
