Ingredients

Method

Cake

Place all liquids in a mixing bowl with powder on top

Mix in slow with a paddle beater for 2 mins

Scrape down , mix on medium speed for 3 mins

Place 60g in a pudding tin

Pipe approx 8g of Dulce de leche into the top of the batter

Steam at 160°C for 30 mins
