Blonde Moment Cupcake - Puratos

Ingredients

Method

Cake

Place all liquids in a mixing bowl with powder on top

Mix in slow with a paddle beater for 2 mins

Scrape down , mix on Medium speed for 3 mins

Add the smoobees and mix on slow for 30 seconds

Deposit 40g into cupcake tins

Bake at 170°C for approx 20 mins

Leave to cool

Buttercream

Place all ingredients in a mixer with paddle attachment.

Mix on slow for 1 min

scrape down then mix on fast for 3 mins

A little water can be added if the buttercream is too stiff

Paint a line of Classic Mocha on the inside of a piping bag in a defined streak. Add the buttercream and pipe on to the cupcake

Decorate with extra Smoobees.
