Blonde Moment Cupcake

Ingredients

Method

Cake

  • Place all liquids in a mixing bowl with powder on top
  • Mix in slow with a paddle beater for 2 mins
  • Scrape down , mix on Medium speed for 3 mins
  • Add the smoobees and mix on slow for 30 seconds
  • Deposit 40g into cupcake tins
  • Bake at 170°C for approx 20 mins
  • Leave to cool

Buttercream

  • Place all ingredients in a mixer with paddle attachment. 
  • Mix on slow for 1 min
  • scrape down then mix on fast for 3 mins
  • A little water can be added if the buttercream is too stiff
  • Paint a line of Classic Mocha on the inside of a piping bag in a defined streak. Add the buttercream and pipe on to the cupcake
  • Decorate with extra Smoobees.
