Cake Batter

Using a planetary mixer and beater, combine the Satin Creme Cake, eggs, oil and water. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed then scrape down, mix for 3 minutes on medium speed then add the Smoobees and mix to clear. Deposit the batter into greased loaf tins with tube insert at 300g. Bake for 45 mins at 170c. 

Once the cakes have cooled to room temperature carefully remove the tube insert. 

Fill the cooled cakes with 90g of Vivafil. 


Assembling

Top the filled cakes with Cremfil Classic Vanilla and smooth to follow the shape of the cake then blast freeze. 

Enrobe the frozen cakes with the chocolate glaze.
