Method

  • Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, flour, ginger, butter & honey to form a crumb.
  • Add the egg & mix to form a dough.
  • Pin the dough to 10 mm & cut into 7 cm rounds.
  • Bake at 170˚C for 12 mins.
  • Once cooled enrobe with Puratos White Fudge heated to 85°C.
