St. Clements Loaded Loaf Cake

Working method

Cake Batter

Place the eggs, oil and water in mixing bowl for a planetary mixer with a beater attachment. 

Add the cake mix on top. 

Mix on slow for 2 minutes.

Scrape down.

Mix on medium for 3 minutes. 

Place in a loaf tin with central tube for allowing a filling.

Mix up the Argenta combo and streak through some Deli Orange (to taste). 

Fill the cooled loaf with Deli Orange. 

Pipe the Argenta frosting with Deli Orange on the top of the Loaf cake.

Time: 45 minutes

Oven Type: Deck

Top Temperature: 180 °C

Bottom Temperature: 180 °C
