Ingredients

Method

Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Vegan Plain Cake Mix, oil & water.
Mix on slow for 2 mins then scrape down, mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
Add the Utterly Fruity apple and cranberries, mix to clear.
Deposit into muffin pans at 110g and top with a simple crumble.
Bake at 170˚C top heat 180°C bottom heat for 30 - 35 mins.
