Base

  • Combine the butter and sugar in a planetary mixer and mix to combine. 
  • Add the flour and Sapore and mix to form a crumble. 
  • Spread out onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°c.

Build Up

Deposit 700g of Topfil Fruits & Roots into a 25cm baking tin and top with 250g of baked crumble.

Bake at 180°c until bubbling.
