Base

  • Combine the Satin, butter, golden syrup in a planetary mixer and mix to form a crumb. 
  • Add sourdough, Amber chunks, hazelnuts and mix to form a dough. 
  • Deposit onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 14 minutes at 180°c.

Amber Praline

  • Combine all the ingredients and heat to 40c.
  • Deposit 10g onto each cookie and finish with an Amber Decoration.
