Base

  • Combine the dry ingredients and mix to combine. 
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix for one-minute low speed. 
  • Scrape down then mix for two minutes medium speed.
  • Deposit the batter into greased mini loaf pans at 50g and steam cook at 107°c for ten minutes.

Coating

  • Heat the Carat Coverflex Raspberry to 45°c stir to reach 40°c then enrobe the cooled cakes.
